Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS)
Supporting families and babies, from pregnancy until the age of 2. Offering tailored therapeutic group and one to one support.

NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT)
Helping people with common problems like stress, anxiety and depression.

Home-Start Perinatal Peer Support
Trained volunteers providing support to parents and carers through weekly home visits.

Infant Feeding Support

NCT Baby Café
A drop-in session run by a NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, offering support, encouragement and reliable information.
