Summer Fun Days (All Welcome) on 6/7/8th August at Christ Church Turnham Green from 10am -12pm with bouncy castle, crafts, games, face painting and extended on Thursday until 1.30pm for a BBQ!

Free at Boston Manor Park in August

Monthly Bird Walk and Survey
Meet on the lake platform. Take a leisurely walk around the park to record numbers and species of birds in the park. No experience necessary but bring binoculars if you have them.
Dates and times: Saturday 10, 10am to 3pm
Pond Dipping
Come and see what mini beasts live in our lake! Activity starts promptly. Meet on lake viewing platform.
Age Range: All ages. Dates and times: Monday 5 and Saturday 10, 11-12.30pm
Sneaky Snake Stone painting
Community art project, paint individual stones which will be displayed in the park as a
long snake/caterpillar! Outside Service Yard gates/workshop.
Age Range: Children of all ages. Dates and times: Saturday 10, 11-12.30pm
Nature Night walk, Wednesday
Join us for an introduction to the park’s nightlife, before going out to survey hedgehogs, bats and amphibians (toads and
newts) using a night vision scope and detectors! Meet by Service Yard/workshop. Bring torches if you have them.
Age Range: Families welcome. Dates and times:  Wednesday 21, 8.15pm-9.15pm
Mini Yoga retreat for parents and children
Join Samm from Nature's Earth for a different mindful hour of Yoga every afternoon  in the park near the walled garden entrance.
Dates and times: Tuesday 13, Wednesday 14, Thursday 15 August, 11 to 12. Cost: Free for parents with children. No advance booking needed - Drop in
Assemble Play
Experience a landscape of curious playthings that ignite children’s imagination and creativity, alongside experienced playworkers, beneath Boston Manor’s historic cedar trees. Designed for families with children of all ages.
No need to book, just drop in. Age Range: All ages. Dates and times: Monday 26 August to Sunday 1 September – Boston Manor House. Free, all ages.
